ARCHITECT / REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT
Born in Ordu in 1987, Selahattin Yücel graduated from the Department of Architecture at Bahçeşehir University in 2010. After gaining experience across various areas of the construction industry, he founded Yücel Partners in 2012.
While continuing to lead architectural projects at Yücel Partners Architecture, Selahattin Yücel also works in real estate consultancy under Space Istanbul. He advises local and international clients on the sales and marketing of residential properties, developments, and distinctive real estate, primarily across the Urla and Çeşme Peninsula, as well as in Göktürk and Kemer Country in Istanbul.
Bringing together his background in architecture and the construction industry with his experience in real estate, he evaluates properties not only from a commercial perspective, but also in terms of their architectural qualities, spatial characteristics, and potential.
Selahattin Yücel has contributed articles on architecture to various publications and also shares his writing on his blog.
