MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Born in Ordu in 1960, İsmail Yücel graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Selçuk University in 1983. In 1984, he co-founded El-Mak Engineering with Hüsnü Yücel in Ordu, where he began providing engineering and project development services.
Until 1995, he worked at El-Mak Engineering across engineering, transformer projects, and contracting services. In 1995, he qualified as an insurance loss adjuster and founded Yücel Insurance Adjusting the same year, providing insurance assessment and loss adjusting services until 2016.
With decades of experience across engineering, contracting, and insurance loss adjusting, İsmail Yücel currently continues his management role at Yücel Partners.
